about

The Sound and the Fury was written and recorded in 28 days for the RPM Challenge 2015.

The title came from a scene in Macbeth (and a Faulkner novel to boot,) and goes like this:

"Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more: it is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing."

That about sums it all up, doesn't it?

about

Peter Fedofsky Seattle, Washington

Well, I'm in love with The Beatles, Brian Wilson, Nilsson, early Bee Gees, oh, I love love solo McCartney and The Zombies and etc. I record in my house and don't pay attention to having awesome gear or making everything picture perfect. I just want it to be 1965 again, so no need to get hyper about using the latest doo-dad or production flim-flam.

Let's enjoy silly pop music together, shall we?
